Need to Tone Your Butt and Thighs?

I've been training for over 12 years and the questions I get are still the same. How do I tone this...How can I get rid of that....what exercise can I do for....very little has really changed. Most women ask me about their butt and thighs. How can they get more tone, lose size, lift, etc.

The answer involes two main factors: Food and Exercise.

There is no magic pill, surgery or spa treatment that can trump these basics. Eating good food and getting off the coach are successful everytime!

Tips for Toning Your Butt and Thighs

The number one factor for toning up is to reduce your bodyfat. I won't go into a ton of detail about this, because I've written other articles that explain it in detail...but the basics include:

1. Eat natural, whole foods like vegetables, nuts, seeds, organic meats, seafood and fruits. Avoid processed, boxed, sugary, artificial nonsense. Packaged foods and restaurants are the downfall of the american diet. The more man touches it and alters it, RUN!

2. The BEST exercises that help strengthen and tone muscles in your butt and legs are deadlifts, step ups, various lunges, squats, hip extensions, sprints, jump rope, climbing hills and stair climbers. Inner outer thigh machines and hours of steady cardio are a waste of your time. Do the basics, do em hard and get out of the gym.
